Delivery / Exchanges / Refunds
We deliver both within the UK & internationally. There’s a drop-down menu at the checkout with postage options for the UK, Europe or rest of the world. It operates with a multiplication ratio to estimate postage & packing costs. If the actual cost upon sending the item(s) is less than that charged, then we will refund the overpayment. This is often the case when multiple items are purchased in a single order and postage costs are combined.
Items are usually sent out within 48 hours after receipt of payment, but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Returns of damaged or faulty items only are accepted if returned within 7 days (14 days for international orders). Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below.
Refunds will be processed using the same form of payment of the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds will include product amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the delivery charges in your refund.
Please allow up to 28 days for receipt of your refund/exchange.
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error fulfilling your order. Customs, duties, taxes and any other similar charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
We stock items that are in good, vintage condition. Objects may show signs of previous use but nothing that could be considered damaged or detrimental to its appearance. If anything, we feel that these signs of a past history enhance the objects.
