How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, with UK, Europe and rest-of-world options available. If the actual postage cost is less than what was charged, the difference is refunded.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

What is the returns policy?

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or faulty, within 7 days of receipt (14 days for international orders). Exchanges are subject to availability.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed.
